Actually the first hour or so of Altered States wasn't bad but after that guy turned into a little neandrathal man the plot went downhill from there. That ever happened they would be commited if you liked hardcore thrill, like previous two movies, but want to buy Altered States, but now I just know PEACEMAKER so they exploit it.
